1 User Accounts
To use Pitech Scan, you must create a registered account. You agree that:
- You will provide accurate, real-time, and complete email verification credentials.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your access key credentials and passwords secure.
- You must immediately notify support of any unauthorized use or breach of security on your account.
2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Pitech Scan only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Generate QR codes or share links pointing to phishing sites, malware downloads, or illegal content.
- Abuse our document upload system or attempt to compromise vault file storage security.
- Engage in automated scraping or rate-limit manipulation of the redirection engine.
3 Dynamic QR Codes & Services
Pitech Scan provides redirectable dynamic QR codes. While we strive for 100% service uptime, we are not liable for direct or indirect business disruptions due to server maintenance, domain configuration issues, or internet availability. We provide our analytical data and logs as-is, displaying only the exact records logged on our servers.
4 Subscriptions & Billing
Certain components, such as custom styling settings and higher vault storage limits, require premium active subscriptions. All financial transactions are safely handled by verified third-party payment gateways. Refunds are subject to our standard billing policy.
5 Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use policy or default on premium subscriptions. Upon termination, access to custom redirect URLs, collected leads, and digital vault items will be permanently revoked.
